Billing for a new Black Lion website would be done through the purchase of a package of hours, which includes the hours needed for first drafts and two rounds of revisions on deliverables (within reasonable parameters).

The package of hours would be billed at $200/hr., the agency rate for Formula.

The hours purchased can be used for up to 90 days. After that, they expire and can not be used.

If hours are left over at the completion of the project and before the 90 day deadline for usage, the hours may be “rolled over” into a new project as monetary or labor credit, as long as the new project requires at minimum the same amount of hours that were used for the previous project.
